1. Shipping Within India

We currently offer nationwide shipping across India, allowing you to enjoy the authentic taste of pure spices no matter where you are!

 

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Time:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 4-7 business days depending on your location.

  • Express Shipping (Optional): Delivery within 2-3 business days for a small additional fee, calculated at checkout.

 

Shipping Cost:

  • For all orders, Shipping Costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

  • Express shipping rates will be calculated based on your location at checkout.

  • Goods and Service Tax is charged according to the rates prescribed for the products/items ordered.

 

2. International Shipping

We’re delighted to bring the rich flavors of India to spice lovers across the globe. Currently, we offer international shipping to select countries.

 

Processing Time:

  • All international orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

 

Shipping Time:

  • International Standard Shipping: Delivery within 10-15 business days.

  • International Express Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days, available for an additional fee.

 

Shipping Cost:

  • Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which may vary by country.

 

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package every step of the way. You can also track your order through our website by visiting the Track My Order section and entering your tracking details.

 

4. Important Shipping Information

  • All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you.

  • Delivery Time An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

  • Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].

  • Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

  • PO Boxes and Military Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time.
