Our Fresh and Authentic Nawabi Nihari Masala is a mixture of Premium Quality aromatic Spices, handpicked for you and which are ground in specific quantities. Nawabi Nihari Masala is a deliciously smooth stew with slow cooked meat along with the bone marrow and a myriad of spices, they were reserved for Nawabi/Royal kitchens in the past. Our Nawabi Nihari masala is hot, spicy, rich and exploding with spices that tingle one’s taste buds. This meat stew with an array of herbs and spices, often served with crispy flatbread or naan, is a meal that is bursting with flavor and deeply filling.
 
Our Spices are made out of naturally grown produce picked from the valleys in India, we also source organic produce directly from the farms, and we have other carefully selected spices and herbs sourced from around the globe.
