Our Fresh and Authentic Banjara Gosht Masala is a mixture of Premium Quality aromatic Spices, handpicked for you and which are ground in specific quantities. Banjara Gosht made with a combination of mutton, curd and freshly ground spices. This is absolutely a one-pot meal with minimal effort and a very basic ingredient, use of sour curd give’s the tangy flavor to the curry and a nice velvety texture to the gravy. Banjaras are a community usually described as nomadic people with origins in Rajasthan. The dish that is made in jiffy with the simplest ingredients. We have curated the Banjara Gosht Masala that captures and preserves the flavors of Indian spices that recreates the authentic taste.
 
Our Spices are made out of naturally grown produce picked from the valleys in India, we also source organic produce directly from the farms, and we have other carefully selected spices and herbs sourced from around the globe.
