Our Fresh and Authentic Nizami Biryani Masala is a mixture of Premium Quality aromatic Spices, handpicked for you and which are ground in specific quantities. Nizami Biryani Masala is the quintessential Indian spice mix that is used in most Biryani dishes, but you could also use it for preparations of pulavs and masala rice in the Indian cuisine. 
We have curated the Nizami Biryani Masala that captures and preserves the ancient flavors of Indian spices and are made as per the traditional recipe passed down through generations.
 
Our Spices are made out of naturally grown produce picked from the valleys in India, we also source organic produce directly from the farms, and we have other carefully selected spices and herbs sourced from around the globe.
