Our Fresh and Authentic Malvani Fish Fry Masala is a mixture of Premium Quality aromatic Spices, handpicked for you and which are ground in specific quantities. Malvani cuisine is a fusion of Maharashtrian, Konkani, and Goan cuisines, but it has its own unique flavors and distinctive spice profile.
The Malvani fish fry is a delicious, crunchy preparation usually made with kingfish, mackerel or pomfret. We have curated the Malvani Fish Fry Masala that captures and preserves the flavors of Indian spices that recreates the authentic taste of Malvan.
 
Our Spices are made out of naturally grown produce picked from the valleys in India, we also source organic produce directly from the farms, and we have other carefully selected spices and herbs sourced from around the globe.
