Our Fresh and Authentic Kofta Masala is a mixture of Premium Quality aromatic Spices, handpicked for you and which are ground in specific quantities. Kofta needs no introduction as any round ball made of meats or veggies along with a host of Indian spices is referred to as kofta. Deep fried/Air Fried balls (koftas) made with potato and paneer/any meat are dunked in a creamy spiced velvety smooth curry. This popular Indian recipe creates delicious dumplings, perfect for soaking up all the velvety sauce. 
We have curated the Kofta Masala that captures and preserves the ancient flavors of Indian spices and are made as per the traditional recipe passed down through generations.
 
Our Spices are made out of naturally grown produce picked from the valleys in India, we also source organic produce directly from the farms, and we have other carefully selected spices and herbs sourced from around the globe.
